At SukhaSaag ("sukhasaag.in"), we aim to deliver your favorite traditional food items quickly, safely, and efficiently across India.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Timeline

Standard Shipping Time: Orders typically reach your location within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your city and PIN code.
Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and delivery location. (Free shipping offers, if applicable, will be automatically applied at checkout).

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your package is handed over to our courier partner, a tracking ID and link will be shared with you to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for select PIN codes. Please ensure someone is available at the address to receive the parcel and make the cash payment.

5. Undelivered / Wrong Address Deliveries

Please double-check your shipping address and contact number before placing the order.
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
